Bespoke frames

Frame geometry for your body and intended use.

Body measurements, handling, payload and the desired components all feed into the design.

Together, we define geometry, tube selection, interfaces and braze-ons, then build the frame and, if requested, the complete bicycle.

Individual builds

A complete build that fits you.

Not every individual bicycle needs a newly built frame. What matters is that geometry, contact points, components and luggage solution work together.

We choose a suitable foundation, tune the build to your body and intended use, and create a bike that did not simply fall out of a configurator. A bike that genuinely fits.

FAQ

Questions about custom bikes.

What does an individual bicycle cost?

There is no single answer. In our experience, around 80% of custom projects end up costing more than people initially expect. A build around a suitable production frame costs less than a completely designed and hand-built bespoke frame. Components, paint, special fabrication, design and coordination are added. After the first discussion, you receive a transparent quote. If anything changes, we discuss it before extra costs arise. We love custom projects, but they are rarely the work we make money on, even when the final invoice is high. We stay with the details until everything genuinely works.

Can I order parts online and have you fit them?

In principle, yes, although it is not our preferred approach for complete custom builds. If you order components yourself, responsibility for choosing them and any warranty claim remains with the respective retailer, while we are responsible for fitting them correctly. We can review your parts list with you in advance, item by item; we charge for the time spent on component selection, compatibility checks and advice. For customer-supplied parts, we also document how responsibilities are divided. We prefer to plan and source the components ourselves at the relevant recommended retail prices and agree a labour package for the complete build. This gives you one point of contact for planning, parts, assembly and any later problems.

Do you repair or modify existing frames?

Yes, if the work is technically sensible and we are confident the frame will remain reliable. Send us photographs and a short description for an initial assessment. Frame repairs and alterations require experience, fixtures, machinery and time, so they are most worthwhile for high-quality frames or bikes with personal value. We do not offer quick welding without a proper assessment.
